The Community Position
Giving Back through Scholarships.
Every judicial district carries one Featured Position (the Community Position). $99 of every Featured month is set aside for scholarships in that district; the nonprofit partner is announced when the first Featured Position is held.
How it works
From a Featured Position to a local scholarship
The same Featured Position, the same price, the same eligibility standards — with a defined path from the monthly fee to scholarships in that district.
- 01
A firm reserves the Featured Position
It is the single Featured Position in a judicial district, at the standard $499 monthly rate.
- 02
The position goes live
Featured Positions go live on January 1, 2027. Until then a reservation holds the position and the monthly fee does not start.
- 03
$99 leaves the directory each month
$99 of every Featured month is set aside for scholarships in that district; the nonprofit partner is announced when the first Featured Position is held. 100% of that amount goes to the partner.
- 04
The nonprofit partner puts it to work
The nonprofit partner selects the scholarship recipients. The firm has no say in who receives them. Each scholarship is recorded in the ledger above and in a public announcement, when possible.
